Your expertise is ready for a clearer market position

HumanForce turned a broad body of expertise into a clearer leadership platform

    Core outcome

    5 pillars

    A repeatable authority platform

    01. The context

    Opening

Natalie Boudou brought more than 30 years of corporate experience and deep expertise across emotional intelligence, workplace wellbeing, inclusive leadership, resilience and organisational change.

The problem was one many experienced consultants face: when everything is connected, the message can become too broad for a prospective client to understand quickly.

HumanForce needed a clearer structure that would help corporate decision-makers understand the commercial relevance of emotional intelligence across leadership, performance, conflict, inclusion and change.

    Does this sound familiar?

You may recognise this challenge if:

    • You can help clients in several connected areas, but struggle to explain the common thread
    • Your content shares valuable ideas without yet building a memorable position in the market
    • Your book, speaking, coaching and consultancy feel like separate offers
    • Prospective clients value your ideas once they understand them, but the first explanation takes too long

    02. The strategy

    Clarity created the foundation

Natalie is the CEO and Founder of HumanForce, an executive coach, consultant, facilitator and author of HumanForce: The Power of Emotions in a Changing Workplace. Her clients include leaders and teams in multinational businesses and UN organisations.

There was already substantial professional credibility behind the brand. Brandspire's task was to organise it into a position and content system that corporate audiences could understand, remember and act on.

    03. The work

We built a usable message around the expertise

Brandspire created a brand guidelines workbook defining HumanForce's personality, values, audiences and communication style. The position centred on HumanForce as an empathetic, insightful and commercially credible partner for organisations seeking better performance through emotional intelligence and workplace wellbeing.

We then developed five repeatable content pillars:

    • Emotional intelligence in leadership
    • Workplace wellbeing and emotional health
    • Innovation and evolution in the human-centred workplace
    • Diversity, inclusion and emotional culture
    • Emotional skills for conflict resolution and change management

These pillars gave Natalie a coherent way to discuss empathy, stress, hybrid work, AI, inclusion, conflict and resilience while keeping the brand focused.

The content plan translated those themes into practical questions organisations were already facing:

    • How do leaders use emotional intelligence during conflict and change?
    • What creates an emotionally healthy workplace?
    • How do gender, power and emotion interact at work?
    • How can organisations protect human connection in hybrid and technology-led environments?
    • How can inclusion become part of everyday performance and decision-making?

Relevant content was connected to HumanForce's consultancy, coaching, workshops and book, giving interested readers a route from an idea to a service.

    04. The proof

    What changed?

HumanForce gained the strategic foundations for a more consistent authority platform:

    • A documented brand voice and positioning framework
    • A clearer definition of corporate and institutional buyers
    • Five content pillars capable of supporting ongoing thought leadership
    • A LinkedIn plan combining educational, service-led and book-led messaging
    • A more direct connection between Natalie's ideas, book and commercial services
    • A relevant visibility opportunity through Brandspire's Shaping 2025: Emerging Trends and DEI Priorities panel

The available records substantiate the strategic work and assets listed above. Campaign-performance and revenue figures were unavailable, so they remain outside the claims made here. The value lies in turning a complex body of expertise into a platform that can be communicated and used consistently.

Evidence note. Campaign-performance and revenue figures were unavailable. The case study therefore reports the strategic work and assets that can be substantiated.

    05. Your path

What this could mean for you

Clear positioning gives every piece of content a stronger job to do. When prospective clients can quickly understand how your ideas fit together, regular publishing builds recognition and commercial relevance.

The first useful move may be to define the argument you want to own, the commercial questions it helps answer and the recurring themes that make your expertise easier to recognise. With that foundation in place, your book, speaking and services can reinforce one another.

HumanForce's existing credibility included a TEDx talk, a keynote at Global Inclusion 2022 and work with organisations including UEFA, the International Olympic Committee, the International Committee of the Red Cross, IATA and Philip Morris International. These achievements pre-dated Brandspire's work; our role was to create a clearer platform through which that depth could be communicated.
