About the book
Turning 50 is not the end of the road; it is the start of a new stretch of it. Elizabeth Roddick, award-winning pharmacist and advocate for women's health, tackles the challenges women meet as they age — physical, mental and emotional — and sets out what actually helps. Built around her ER Quality Life System, the book combines insight into the ageing process with practical, compassionate and unsentimental advice for improving health, strengthening relationships and finding real purpose in this stage of life.
