If you are the organiser, your hesitation to run it on Hopin (or any other solution that isn’t Zoom) is probably around the speakers’ familiarity with the technology and ease of use. ‘Will they need hours of training? Will we fail on the day because someone will forget what they are supposed to do?’. you may ask yourself. These are all valid concerns!

BEWARE! The following tutorial only applies if the organiser or the event manager/ company hasn’t opted to use RTMP stream software, for example, OBS. If you have been told that the event will be streamed on social media, it’s likely that the RTMP stream has been set up.
